Shipping & Returns

We take great care in getting your artwork to you safely and as soon as possible. Local Pick-Up at Blowing Rock Frameworks or Village Jewelers in Boone is also available by arrangement. 

Certified Giclee prints will be shipped flat on foamboard backing (and clear sleeve) in a protective flat box by USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise discussed. Shipping is free for orders over $75. 

Accent Prints will be shipped in a clear sleeve within a padded cardboard tube.

Allow a week and a half from order placement date for your print to arrive. 

Assurance of Satisfaction and Returns
Upon receipt of your artwork or product, you will have two weeks to arrange for a return or to discuss any points of dissatisfaction. If you choose to return the image for a refund or exchange, we will reimburse you for the full amount of your payment minus shipping charges upon inspection of the returned product. 

Please carefully inspect your item(s) when received and notify us immediately of any problems or damages to the item(s). Artwork is inherently fragile.
