Shipping & Returns

We take great care in getting your artwork to you safely and as soon as possible. Local Pick-Up at The Gallery at Village Jewelers in downtown Boone is also available by arrangement. 

Certified Giclee prints and Accent Prints will be tube shipped in a clear sleeve with protective padding by USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise discussed. For Giclees, you may choose optional foamboard mounting and flat shipping (good for gifting) for an additional $20. Shipping is free for orders over $75. 

Allow a week and a half from order placement date for your print to arrive. 

Assurance of Satisfaction and Returns
Upon receipt of your artwork or product, you will have two weeks to arrange for a return or to discuss any points of dissatisfaction. If you choose to return the image for a refund or exchange, we will reimburse you for the full amount of your payment minus shipping charges upon inspection of the returned product. 

Please carefully inspect your item(s) when received and notify us immediately of any problems or damages to the item(s). Artwork is inherently fragile.
