Shipping & Returns

We take great care in getting your artwork to you safely and as soon as possible. Being a small company, we ask that you allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of your order. Local Pick-Up at Blowing Rock Frameworks or Village Jewelers in Boone is also available by arrangement. Unframed prints will be shipped by in a carefully-padded heavy weight cardboard tube by USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise discussed. Shipping is free for orders over $50. Other methods and expedited options will incur a shipping fee regardless of purchase amount. The print will be protected by a clear plastic sleeve. If you require special mounting for an unframed print, such as on rigid foam-board (for a gift, etc.) you may contact us to discuss.

Expediting and shipping your order sooner than the above timeframe may or may not be possible. For example, if you find the perfect wedding gift on the site but the wedding is a week away, contact us directly to discuss the feasibility!

Assurance of Satisfaction and Returns
Upon receipt of your artwork or product, you will have two weeks to arrange for a return or to discuss any points of dissatisfaction. If you choose to return the image for a refund or exchange, we will reimburse you for the full amount of your payment minus shipping charges upon inspection of the returned product. All returned images must be in excellent condition for resale for a refund to be issued.

Please carefully inspect your item(s) when received and notify us immediately of any problems or damages to the item(s). Artwork is inherently fragile. Please contact us if you need information about how to best prepare a product for safe return.
